We will start the day with ~20 minutes of morning dance - feel free to show yourself on the camera (no sounds though please) for creating a
community feeling. (this part will not be recorded!)
We will start around 10:20 with a body scan, some body and breathing exercises to let go of tension and get your blood flow going. (This part will be recorded - no video/sound from you pls)
A meditation with movement will finish this Self-Care Session around 11 a.m.
Afterwards there is space for a chat or questions.
