How do I become when I am worried?

In this session I will guide your ATTENTION INTO THE BODY to explore how you become when you are worried. Be it your health, money, your loved ones or daily challenges, we all know situations in which we get lost in our inner world, feel stuck and lack perspective. We unconsciously create automatic patterns of thinking, feeling and acting.

In this hour we want to explore these patterns and look for a way out of them. When we are more of our bodies we can gain new insights, feelings and options to act and think. We can use more of our own potential and are more open to creating the change we seek.

Note:
Anyone is welcome :). The session will be mostly done lying down or sitting. Feel free to adapt any exercise to your needs and limits.

I will guide in English or German – depending on the demand.

The content of your worries won't be in the center or necessarily outspoken to other people - the focus will be on each individual to explore their own experience. Some time will be reserved for exchange.
