Self-Care & Breath 3

We will start the day with ~15 minutes of morning dance as an easy way to arrive and wake-up. Feel free to show yourself on the camera (no sounds though please) for creating a community feeling. (this part will not be recorded!)
We will start around 10:15 with grounding and a body scan. Followed by emotion and tension release breathing exercises - playful exercises to cope with tension, anger, sadness, mind or heart racing.
We will also experiment with exercises to raise your energy levels and get the blood flow moving.
If there´s enough time left you will create a self-care emergency kit. So please bring paper and pencil to take notes.
(The exercise-part will record only me with the spotlight function.)
A meditation with movement (known as a cosmic prayer) will finish this Self-Care Session around 11.30.
Afterwards there is space for a chat or questions.

This is a bodypositive environment - you adapt the sessions to your ability and liking. Whatever I say or do is an offer, but what feels good to you has priority. If you want or need to adapt an exercise feel free to ask me.
Make sure you wear clothes, with which you can move. Prepare yourself a nice environment and some water to drink.
